You work, you play, you buy things. You think about your feelings. A lot of this is hard, however naturally it comes, or forcefully its necessity reminds it doesn’t matter. You have responsibility now. Who said life was fare? Some things are difficult, full stop, deal.

Well, this Self Work exercise is easy.
